User is able to search Users when Name box has special characters that are not part of specification

Description

User is able to search other Users when in Name box fills special characters that are not part of specification document, no error message is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Users URL
2. Under Name select from drop down menu "Contains"
3. Enter in Name box following special characters "!"
4. Observe the result of the search

Expected result:
User should be able to search text with special characters "." and "-"

Actual result:
User is able to search in Name box with other special characters.
