Description:
A user is able to create a mentor with entering below minimum characters in bio input field
Precondition:
The user should be logged in the Interrapt page
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Mentors page
2. Click the 'Create' button
3. Fill the bio input field with less than 20 characters (Staytuned)
4. Click the 'Create' button
Expected Result:
An error message that input field is required in red
letters should appear under the fields and the Mentor should not be created
Actual Result:
The Mentor is successfully created
