User is able to create new User when Name box has more then the maximum requirement for characters.

Description

User is able to create new User when Name box has more then 25 characters, no error message is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users
2. Enter in Name box text "Igor Ilioski Igor Ilioski Igor Ilioski"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements.
4. Click create and observe.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for Name box.

Actual result:
User is able to create a new User.

OS Windows 10
