User is able to create new User when Name box has alphabet that is not part of the requirements.

Description

User is able to create a new user when in Name box Greek alphabet is used, no error message is displayed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users
2. Enter in Name box text "Γειά σου"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements.
4. Click create and observe.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for Name box.

Actual result:
User is able to create a new User.

OS Windows 10
