Description

User is able to create new User when email box has more then 25 characters, no error message is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users
2. Enter in email box with more then 25 characters.
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements.
4. Click create and observe.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for email box.

Actual result:
User is able to create a new User.

OS Windows 10
