User is able to create new User when password box is more then the maximum characters

Description

User is able to create a new User when password has more then 30 characters, no error message is diplayed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users
2. Enter in Password box text "Igorilioskiilioskiilioskiilioskiilioskiilioskiilioski"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements.
4. Click create and observe.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for password box.

Actual result:
User is able to create a new User.
