Description

User is created only using numeric characters contrary to specified requirements

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the Interrupt platform
2.Navigate to the 'Users' section
3.Click on the 'Create' button
4.Input only numeric characters in the name field
5.Provide valid data in the other required fields

Expected results
The creation should fail and an error message should appear indicating that the name field cannot contain numeric characters

Actual results
the user is successfully created even when the name field contains only numeric characters, and the error message is not shown
