Despite the requirement for the Name field to accept a maximum of 25 characters, the system allows a Mentor to be created with a longer name

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the Interrupt
2.Click on the 'Mentors'
3.Select the 'Create' button
4.Input a name that is longer then 25 characters
5.Provide valid data for other mandatory fields
6.Click on the 'Create' button

Expected results
The mentor creation should fail, and a error message indicating that the name cannot exceed 25 characters should appear

Actual results
the mentor is successfully created even with a name longer then the allowed length
