The system permits the creation of the Mentor with less then 20 characters

1.Log in to the Interrupt platform
2.Clickon the 'Mentors' section
3.Select the 'Create' option
4.Provide valid data for the rest of the mandatory fields
5.Enter a bio with less than 20 characters
6.Click on the 'Create' button

Expected results
The mentor creation should not be executed and an error message should appear indicating that the Bio field requires a minimum of 20 characters

Actual results
the Mentor is successfully created even with a Bio length below the specified minimum
