A Mentor is created successfully despite entering an Occupation field with fewer than 5 characters

Description

The system allows the Mentor to be created without requiring the minimum character limit for the Occupation field

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the Interrupt platform
2.Navigate to the 'Mentors' section
3.Select the 'Create' option
4.Provide valid data for all mandatory fields, excluding the Occupation field
5.Fill the occupation with less than 5 characters
6.Click on the 'Create' button

Expected results
The mentor should not be created and an error message should appear, indicating that the Occupation field requires a minimum of 5 characters

Actual results
the Mentor is successfully created even with an Occupation length below the specified minimum
