Despite the specified limit of 25 characters for the surname field, an attendee is successfully created with a surname longer than the allowed limit

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the Interrupt website
2.Click on 'Attendees'
3.Select the 'Create' option
4.Enter a surname with more than 25 characters
5.Provide valid data for the other mandatory fields
6.Click on the 'Create' button

Expected results
The attendee creation process should fail and an attendee should not be created

Actual results
the attendee is successfully created even with a surname length surpassing the specified maximum
