Description:
Title field on a Webinar create form accepts other special characters than "-" and "."

Precondition:
The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to dashboard menu
2.Select Webinars
3.Open a create form
4.Fill the Title field with other special characters than "-" and "."
5.Fill the other fields with valid credentials
6.Click on create button

Expect result:
The Webinar is not created

Actual result:
The Webinar is created.
