User is able to create a Tag with Hindu alphabet, although is not part of the specification
*Steps to reproduce *
1.open the app
2. navigate to tags
3.fill the tag box with ओली
4.Click create
Expected results
Error message should appear and tag should not be created
Actual results
New tag was successfully created
