You can add arabic letters in name and surname field in mentors

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on the "Mentors" via navigation menu.
2.Click on the "Create" button from the top right corner.
3.Fill in the "Name" field with arabic letters
4.Fill in the "Surname" field with arabic letters
5.Fill in the "Email" field
6.Fill in the "Bio" field
7. Fill in the "Occupation" field
8.Click on the "Create" button

Expected results
You can't create new mentor and error message should be appear with red letters

Actual results
The new mentor is successfully created
