Description

User can create a webinar with any resolution that is not in the requirements

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Webinars
2. Click on create button
3. Fill all mandatory fields
4. Upload image field with any resolution that is not in the requirements

Expected result:
Webinar should not be created and error message should be displayed under image field in red letters

Actual result:
Webinar is successfully created
