Description
User can create mentor with more characters than maximum requirement in the Occupation field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Menotrs
2. Click on create button
3. Fill all mandatory fields
4. Fill the Occupation field with more characters than maximum requirement
5. Click on create button
Expected result:
Error message should be desplayed under the Occupation field
Actual result:
Error message is not desplayed and mentor is successfully created
