Description
User can create mentor with less characters than minimum specification
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Mentors
2. Click on create button
3. Fill all mandatory fields
4. Fill Bio with less characters than minimum specification
5. Click on create button
Expected result:
Error message should be displayed under the bio field
Actual result:
Error message is not desplayed and mentor is successfully created
