Mentor is created with more than maximum characters in the name field

Description

User can create mentor with more than maximum characters in the name field

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Mentors
2. Click on create button
3. Fill the name field with more than maximum characters that are in the specification
4. Fill the rest mandatory fields
5. Click on create button

Expected result:
Error message should be desplayed under the name field

Actual result:
Error message is not desplayed and mentor is successfully created
