User can create mentor with any alphabet in the name field that is not in the specification

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to mentors
2. Click on create button
3. Fill the name field with any alphabet that is not in the specification
4. Fill the rest of mandatory fields
5. Click on create button

Expected result:
Error message should be displayed under the name field

Actual result:
Error message is not desplayed and mentor is successfully created
