User can create new mentor with invalid inputs in the given fields

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on the "Mentors" via navigation menu.
2.Click on the "Create" button from the top right corner.
3.Fill in the "Name" field with invalid inputs
4.Fill in the "Surname" field with invalid inputs
5.Fill in the "Email" field with invalid inputs
6.Fill in the "Bio" field with invalid inputs
7. Fill in the "Occupation" field with invalid inputs
8.Click on the "Create" button

Expected results
You can't create new mentor, an error message with red letters should be appear

Actual results
The new mentor is successfully created
