The user can create a new Tag with a title that includes numbers, despite the title field being intended for Alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases (lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “ . ”) and spaces.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Tag creation page.
2. In the Title field, enter a title that includes numbers.
3. Attempt to create a new Tag.

Expected results:
The Title field should only accept required input and prevent the user from creating a Tag with a title that includes numbers.

Actual results:
The Tag is created with a title that includes numbers, despite the expectation that Tag titles should be Alphabetic characters (both, Latin and Cyrillic), all letter cases (lower and upper), special characters (only “-”, and “ . ”) and spaces.
