in the bio field in mentors, you can add special characters

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on the "Mentors" via navigation menu.
2.Click on the "Create" button from the top right corner.
3.Fill in the "Name" field
4.Fill in the "Surname" field.
5.Fill in the "Email" field
6.Fill in the "Bio" field with special characters
7. Fill in the "Occupation"
8.Click on the "Create" button

Expected results
The mentor is not created and an error message with red letters should be appear

Actual results
The new mentor is created successfully
