IN the name field in users, you can add special characters

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the Interrapt
2.Click on users button
3.Click on create button
4.Enter a name with special characters
6.enter a email with
7. enter password
8.Click on create button

Expected results
The user is not created and an error message with red letters should be appear

Actual results
The user is created successfully
