In the tags field in tags you can add special characters

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the url
2.Click on Tags button
3.Click on Create button
4.Enter tittle of tags with special characters

Expected results
The tag is not created and an error message with red letters should be appear

Actual results
The tag is created successfully
