The items-per-page functionality does not work when on last page

Description

The Items Per Page drop-down functionality fails to display the selected number of results when the user is navigated to the last pagination page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Interrapt page, https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Click on Users from the sidebar menu
3. Click on the last pagination button, the button containing the double right-pointing arrows
4. Click on the Items Per Page drop-down button and select 'All'

Expected Result:
All of the Users should be displayed successfully

Actual Result:
No users are displayed and 'No records found' is written as a result
