Description:
High school field accepts less than 10 characters in length when is created a new attendee

Precondition:
The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go on dashboard menu and select attendees
2.Open create form
3.Fill the mandatory field with valid credentials
4.Fill the High School field with less than 6 characters
5.Click on Create button

Expect result:
The attendee is not created

Actual result:
Attendee is created
