in description field in webinars you can add korean letters

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on Webinars button
2.Click on create button
3.Fill the name field
4.Fill the description field with korean letters
5.Fill the the start and end date
6.Fill the link field
7.choose a image
8.Select a mentor
9.Select a tag
10.click on create

Expected results
The webinar is not created an error message with red letters should be appear

Actual results
The webinar is successfully created
