G29 » Interrapt G29 - All issues

Desciption:
Delete button on the `Users` page is missing.

Steps to reproduse:
1.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2.Observe the page and notice the missing delete button

Expected Result:
Delete button with red color should be next to edit button, and the user can be deleted.

Actual Result:
Delete button does not excist next to edit button, so the user can not be deleted.

System:
Windows 11
