Description: When new user is registered, a verification email is not being sent to their mail inbox

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Cargodom homepage - http://18.156.17.83:9095/
2. Click on the Register button on header section
3. Select I'm looking for a transport or I'm transporter
4. Fill in the registration form with valid information (valid/existing email address)
5. Tick the checkbox for Terms of use
6. Click the registration button
7. After the Welcome screen is displayed, check your inbox

Expected result:

Verification email should be delivered to the user's mail address

Actual result:

Verification email not being delivered
