When user hovers over a webinar card, the card should be zoomed in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login
3. On dashboard, hover on any webinar card

Expected result:

The webinar card should be slightly zoomed in, so user will know where he is positioned at that point and also all info that is displayed on that card, will be more clearly visible for the user

Actual result:

Hovering over the webinar card is not doing anything for that card.
