Description:
An unidentified defect is causing the application to miscalculate monthly salaries of the employees which also causes the database to transmit incorrect salary numbers.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Application
2.Go to the "Salary" tab
3.Enter employee salary in the "Monthly Salary" field
4.Click on "Confirm Monthly Salary"
5.Check the next months salary in the "Salary" tab

Expected Result:
The Application should correctly calculate the monthly salary and the database should include correct balance sheet, tax calculations and annual salary calculations.

Actual Result:
The Application miscalculates the salaries and balance sheet, tax calculations and annual salary calculations database has incorrect numbers.
