The module of the application responsible for calculating salary is not working properly. It does not calculate the employees' salary correctly, which prompts the database to transmit incorrect salary numbers which are further reflected in the balance sheet, tax calculation, and annual salary calculations.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the app and log in.
2. Navigate to 'Salary' page.
3. Choose an employee and check the salary data.
4. Click on 'Calculate salary'.

Expected result:
The application should correctly calculate the salaries and create accurate salary reports.

Actual result:
The application is not correctly calculating the salary, and the created report does not correspond to the actual salary data.
