Description: The module calculates monthly salaries incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Navigate to the App.
2.Log in as an director of finance
3.Navigate to the page where the monthly salaries of the employees are entered.
4.Click on the "Edit" button on a random employee.
5.In the salary field, increase the figure by 200 euros.
6.Press the "Save" button

Expected result:
-The salary should be increased by 200 euros, the tax by 2% and the annual salary by 20%

-The salary has increased by 200 euros, but the tax by 8% and the annual salary by 5%
