Description
When the user uses the application's microphone and wants to translate from Macedonian to another language, no matter which language the user has chosen, the result is always German

Steps to reproduce
1. Open app on iPhone 12 Pro
2. Choose to translate from Macedonian to Italian
3. Use microphone and speak Macedonian language

Expected result
Spoken Macedonian language should be translated on Italian language

Actual result
Spoken Macedonian language is translated on German language
