openApplication gives error message when trying to print files with DMP

Description
When the application is unable to locate the laser printer, which is set as a default printer, it tries to find the DMP and attempts to print using it, but repeatedly gives an error message.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a file to print.
2. Turn off the laser printer as default.
3. Click on the "Print" button.
4. Observe message.
Expected result: If the laser printer is unavailable, the application should switch to the Dot Matrix printer, and it should print the file without any errors.
Actual result: When attempting to print with the Dot Matrix printer as a second option, the application repeatedly gives error messages.
