Description: When the user create a new user "name" field should not accept more than 25 characters, bud actual it does

Steps to reproduce:
1.The user should be logged in and navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2.Fill the Name field "IVan111111111111111111111111"
3.Fill the e- mail field "[email protected]"
4.Fill the password field "Brainster1"
5.Click on create button

Expected results
The message "Name field accept max 25 characters numbers, Alphabetic and special characters " should be displayed

Actual result
The user is creating successfully.
