When making a mentor if the user enters a name longer than 25 characters, an error message should be displayed

Description

Description: User can create Mentor with more then 25 characters in name.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Navigate to Mentors
3. Click on 'Create' button
4. Enter name longer then 25 characters.
5. Enter the other credentials correctly
6. Press on 'Create'

Expected result:
- A name longer than 25 characters should not be accepted, an error message should be displayed
Actual result:
- User is able to create Mentor with name longer then 25 characters
