Drop-down menu not visible in Tags page

Description

When user use the 'All' filter from drop-down menu in Tags page, all tags are listed but drop-down menu disappears from the page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log In and navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
2. Click on drop-down menu and click on 'All' filter

Expected result:
User should be able to see all tags listed on the page, when user scrolls down should be able to see drop-down menu on the bottom of the list.

Actual result:
User is not able to see the drop-down menu
