The user can create Name using special characters other than the ones in the specification that are allowed: '-' and '.'

Precondition:
The user is logged in and navigated to: https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users

Steps to reproduce:
1. Locate and click on the 'CREATE' button.
2. Fill in all the input fields with valid credentials except the 'Name' field.
3. Fill in the name field with other special characters except '-' and '.'

Expected result:
An error message should appear saying that the 'Name' field does not meet the acceptance criteria.

Actual result:
An error message does not appear, the User is made regardless of the acceptance criteria.
