Description:
User can use 'Create' functionality and create a User with name longer then 30 characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the page and log in.
2. Navigate to Users.
3. Click on 'Create'
4. Enter valid credentials and name with more then 30 characters.
5. Click on 'Create' button
Expected result:
- Error message "The name field is required" with red letters should display
Actual result:
- A message appeared saying that the user was successfully created.
