Description:
User should not be able to create Tags with title less then 5 characters.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Navigate to the page and log in.
2. Navigate to the Tags.
3. Click on 'Create'
4. Enter less then 5 characters in tittle name.
5. Click on 'Create'.
Expected result:
-Error message 'The title field is required' in red letters should be displayed
Actual result:
- Message 'Tag has been created successfully' displayed
