The system allows users to create tag titles using special characters that are not specified in the acceptance criteria.

Precondition:
The user is logged in on the website https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/ and is navigated to the Tags page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on "Create" in the top right corner.
2. Enter a special character in the tag title field.
3. Click on "Create".

Expected results: If a user attempts to create a tag title using special characters not specified in the acceptance criteria, the system should display an error message indicating that only certain special characters are allowed.

Actual results: The system allows for the user to create a tag title with special characters different from the ones specified in the acceptance criteria.
