The system fails to display an error message when the tag title does not meet the acceptance criteria.

Precondition:
The user is logged in on the website https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/ and is navigated to the Tags page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter a new tag with a title that does not meet the acceptance criteria (e.g., containing digits or special characters).
2. Hit the "Create" button.

Expected results:
If the tag title does not meet the acceptance criteria (e.g., contains digits or special characters), the system should display an error message indicating the validation failure.

Actual result:
Despite entering a tag title that does not meet the acceptance criteria, the system allows users to proceed with the tag creation process without displaying any error messages.
