Description:
When the user is creating a new user the email field accepts invalid formats

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users/create
2. Enter users Name in the 'Name' field "Isidora"
3. Enter email address in the 'Email' field "gjo@gj"
4. Enter new users password in the 'Password' field "Brainster12"
5. Click on Create button

Expected result:
Invalid email format should not be accepted, a message 'Enter valid email' should be displayed

Actual result:
Invalid email format is accepted, a new user is created
