Description:
The user is able to enter additional special characters in the Name field on the Users page other than the allowed “-”, and “.”

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
2. Click on 'Name' field
3. Enter special characters in the 'Name' field "^%$^%"

Expected result:
The additional characters should not be accepted, an error message should be displayed

Actual result:
The additional characters are accepted and displayed, no error message is displayed
