Interrapt G21

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Login
3. Clcik on webinars,
4. On webinars, hover on any webinar title

Expected result:
The little hand cursor should be displayed and webinar title should be highlighted so user will know where he is positioned at that point and also all info that is displayed on that tilte, will be more clearly visible for the user.

Actual result:
Hovering over the webinar title is not doing anything for that title.
