Description
The 'Name' field is accepting characters outside the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets. By entering characters such as '安德里亚纳' the user is created. In this case the 'Name' field should accept only Latin and Cyrillic alphabets.

Precondition
The user must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Click on the 'Hamburger' menu in the upper left corner of the page
4. Click on 'Users' in the sidebar menu
5. Click on the 'CREATE' button on the upper right corner of the page
6. Click on the 'Name' field
7. Fill in the 'Name' field with 'Chinese' alphabetic characters
8. Click on the 'Email' field

Expected Result
The 'Name' field should restrict input to only Latin and Cyrillic characters. A message should be shown that the name field is required with red letters.

Actual Result
The 'Name' field accepts characters outside the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets, contrary the expected behavior.
