Description
The Name field should accepts minimum 3 and maximum 25 characters.
Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the log in form page
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Navigate to the Users page from dashboard
4. Clik on 'Create' button
5. Click on the 'Name' field
6. Fill the Name field (less than 2 and more than 25 char)
7. Fill the rest of the fields with valid data
8. Click on 'Create' button
Expected results
The user should not be able to be created, an error message should be displayed that the 'Name' field is required in red letters.
Actual result
User has been created sucessfully, with 2 and more than 25 characters even though the specification lists minimum 3 and max 25 characters.
