Interrapt G31

Description
“Description” field from Webinars page minimum length should be 10 characters and the maximum length should be 500 characters.

Steps to Reproduce
"1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2. Navigate to the login page
3. Navigate to the Webinars page from admin dashboard
4. Click on the "Create"Button
5. Click on the "Description" field.
6. Enter a "Description"field with less than 10 characters and more than 500 characters."

Expected Results
Error message should be displayed that the "Description" field is required in red letters.

Actual Results
"Error message is not displayed for "Description" field, with less than 10 characters and more than 500 characters."
