Interrapt G31

Description
When trying to search a tag from the search field and entering the characters, the displayed tags are not ordered correctly.

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the application.
2.Click on the menu on the top left corner then click on 'Tags'.
3.Click on the 'Search' field and enter the characters.

Expected Result
After the 'Search' filed is filled in, the searching for tags should start and the tags should be displayed by some order. The firsT tags that should pop on should be exactly like the one that we entered in the search field or the ones that are most similar to.

Actual Result
After the 'Search' filed is filled in, the searching for tags starts and the displayed tags are not ordered as we expected to. The first tags that pop on are not like the ones that we entered in the search field, they are similar. The tags that are exactly like the ones that we searched for are on the 4th page instead of the 1st page on top.
